Well, thought I’d better bank out another post, the last one for 2008, as the last few weeks have been very busy for me and everybody I know. Though the shows are over for another year, it’s more than past time to look at next years shows and mostly the cheque writing part ….. I’m…
Well, I did weave a tangled web the other day, frustrating!!! While knitting a black jacket for a client I noticed the knit was looser and found that the Cannele Mercerised cotton I was using had ‘gone thin’. I’ve had it happen before, and what happens is …. a tiny knot and the next length…
Whew!!!! Well the Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition is done and dusted (I’ve shaken off the dust now) and it was a good one. It was good to be back in that exhibition after an absence of four years. I either missed the application deadline or was juried out….but submitting my felteds got me in this…

Hello Carolyn, i like that colour combo on the top picture, the beige and yellow and hot pink. It was nice to see you last night, and chat. I thought about your idea, it was a good one, and today i fitted 6 new blinds to the windows of the porch gallery, so there wont be any problems with any sun damage. I thought it would be a great idea for keeping it cooler on really hot days too. have fun with your knittin machine:)
